By using tiltmug.com or purchasing any product from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
Who We Are
TiltMug is a homeware brand operated by Vision Red LLC, an LLC registered in Arizona. You can reach us at info@tiltmug.com.
Using Our Store
By using tiltmug.com, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old, or visiting with a parent/guardian's permission
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You will not use our store for any illegal purpose or to violate the rights of others
- You will not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts at our discretion.
Product Information & Availability
We do our best to describe our products accurately, including dimensions, capacity, colors, and finishes. However, we don't guarantee that every detail is perfect — colors may appear slightly different on different screens, and small variations in glaze, finish, and dimensions are normal for ceramic and glassware.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or refuse orders. If we cancel your order for any reason, we'll refund you in full.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in US dollars unless otherwise noted. International customers will see prices converted to local currency by their payment provider, but the actual charge is processed in USD.
We reserve the right to update pricing at any time, but changes won't affect orders that have already been placed.
We accept major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, and other payment methods listed at checkout. Payment is processed securely through Shopify Payments and other third-party processors. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide.
If your payment is declined or fraudulent, we'll cancel the order and may contact you for verification.
Orders & Cancellations
Once you place an order, you'll receive an email confirmation. We typically begin processing orders within 1-2 business days.
You can cancel an order before it ships by emailing info@tiltmug.com as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, it can't be canceled — but you can return it under our Refund Policy.
Shipping
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and New Zealand. For full details on shipping times, costs, customs duties, and what to do if your order is delayed or lost, please see our Shipping Policy.
For international orders, you (the customer) are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or VAT charged by your country's customs authority. These fees are not included in your order total.
Returns & Refunds
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. International return shipping costs are paid by the customer. For full details, see our Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on tiltmug.com — including text, images, logos, designs, product photography, and brand name — is owned by TiltMug or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any content from our store without our written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use (such as sharing a product you bought on social media — that's encouraged).
The name "TiltMug" is a trademark of TiltMug.
User Content
If you submit content to us (such as a product review, social media tag, or photo), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our marketing and business operations. You confirm that:
- The content is your own original work
- You have the right to share it with us
- It doesn't violate anyone else's rights or any laws
We reserve the right to remove or decline to publish any user content for any reason.
Product Use & Care
TiltMug products are ceramic/glass drinkware intended for normal personal use. To use them safely and keep them in good condition:
- Inspect your mug before each use. Do not use a mug that is chipped, cracked, or damaged — it may break and cause injury
- Hot liquids can make the mug and its contents very hot. Handle with care to avoid burns
- Unless the product listing specifically states otherwise, treat decorative finishes as hand-wash only and not guaranteed microwave- or dishwasher-safe
- Avoid sudden temperature changes (for example, pouring boiling water into a cold mug or placing a hot mug on a cold surface), as thermal shock can crack ceramic and glass
- Keep away from the edges of counters and tables where they may be knocked off
- Supervise children when using any drinkware
- Ceramic and glass can break if dropped — handle and store with care
We are not responsible for injury or damage caused by misuse, breakage from drops or thermal shock, or use outside the product's intended purpose.
Disclaimers
We provide our store and products "as is" and make no warranties beyond what's expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TiltMug's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of our store or products is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or property damage — arising from your use of our products or store, even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. UK customers retain all statutory consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. EU/UK consumers may also have additional rights under local consumer protection laws.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TiltMug, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use of our store or products
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third party's rights
Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our store will be resolved through binding arbitration in Chandler, Arizona, or in small claims court if eligible. You waive the right to participate in a class action lawsuit, to the extent permitted by your local law.
Note for international customers: Customers in the United Kingdom, European Union, Canada, and New Zealand may have additional consumer protection rights under their local laws that cannot be waived. Nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
Changes To These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of our store after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
