This Privacy Policy explains how TiltMug ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit tiltmug.com or purchase from us. We've written it in plain language because you deserve to understand what we do with your data.

We never share your information with third-party marketers for their own purposes.

International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States, and the third-party services we use (Shopify, Klaviyo, Google, Meta, TikTok) primarily process data in the US. If you are located outside the US — including in Canada, the UK, the EU, or New Zealand — your personal information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.

We rely on appropriate safeguards for these transfers, including the Data Privacy Framework (where applicable) and Standard Contractual Clauses adopted by the European Commission. By using our store, you consent to this transfer of your information.

We use cookies for three reasons:
